Failure to Make a Plea
If you fail to make a plea to each violation on your ticket within 15 days of your appearance date, the Court will:
Your warrant may be cancelled if you plead "no contest" or "guilty" to the warrant charge and pay the fine.
If you want to plead Not Guilty to a charge after an arrest warrant has been issued, you must come to the Court to post the required bond and to obtain a Court trial date.
Paying a Warrant
A conviction of an offense under a traffic law of this state or a political subdivision of this state may result in the assessment on your driver's license of a surcharge under the Driver Responsibility Program.
The City of Stagecoach accepts cash, credit cards, debit cards, money orders and cashier's checks onsite for warrants. Credit card payments over the phone must be done through Traffic Payment Group @ 1-800-444-1187.
If you pay by money order or cashier's check, make it payable to City of Stagecoach.
