The City of Stagecoach serves and conducts business with visitors and community members at the City Center. A businesslike atmosphere of welcome, courtesy, and respect is to be maintained on City Property at all times. These Standards of Behavior protect the rights and safety of visitors, employees, and volunteers; prohibit unreasonable interference with others’ lawful use of City facilities; and preserve City equipment, facilities, and grounds.

 The actions described below violate City standards and may result in a Law Enforcement response including, but not limited to, Verbal Warning or removal from City property, and are supplemental to all other actions authorized by law, including criminal charges.

• Inappropriate / Disruptive Activity or Behavior interfering with normal use/operation of City Center.
• Blocking walkways, common areas, exits or entrances.
• Unreasonably  Interfering  with use of City Center by others, or interfering with City staff’s performance of their duties.
• Failure to comply with reasonable staff requests, including refusal to promptly leave a City facility at closing or when asked to do so by a City official.
• Obscene, profane, lewd, threatening, abusive, or disparaging language, slurs, epithets, gestures, and behaviors directed at another, knowing or with reasonable grounds to know it will tend to intimidate or promote/provoke a fight.
• Physical altercations, including assault, attempted assault.
• Commission of a crime
• Threats (including threatening display of any item as a weapon), Intimidation, Harassment (including sexual, written, verbal, or physical harassment, or prolonged staring or following another with intent to harass, or stalking) of others.
